About Our Company
HealthBridge was officially founded in 2007, by leaders who were interested not in how home health care was delivered, but rather in how family caregivers were affected by caring for their parents. HealthBridge's vision is to assemble a team of world class caregivers and provide great assistance to families, helping them to sleep easier at night knowing that their elderly loved ones are being cared for.
In early 2012, HealthBridge became a part of CareTeam. CareTeam was founded in 1972 by Ann Popejoy, and has at one time provided caring services for over 30 states from coast to coast. This business success led the Dallas-based "Fortune, Inc." group to appoint CEO Ann Popejoy as "Entreprenuer of the Year" in 1989.
Today, CareTeam's agencies are focused soley in Texas and Oklahoma. The companies continue to serve clients and families with the world-class caregiving that has made them a successful family of companies for over 40 years.
The Management Team
Our philosophy is to care for our clients as though they are family. In fact, some of our clients have been family! This level of insight into all aspects of our business has translated into a more customer-centric approach to managing our company. HealthBridge's management team together has over 100 years of experience in the home health care field and are very passionate about providing quality care to our clients. The company's CEO, Ann Popejoy, was a charter member of the National Private Duty Assocation, and both she and Sherrie Childers serve on the Board and committees of the NPDA's Oklahoma Chapter.

Leslie Smith
Leslie is originally from San Angelo, Texas, where she began her career as a certified nurse aid. Leslie is a wonderful listener and loves getting to know her clients. It is important to her that each of her clients knows she cares about them and is there to help. Leslie lives in Dallas where she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also loves cooking and baking for her family, friends and, of course, clients!
Ashleigh Morgan
Ashleigh has been a caregiver for seven years because she genuinely loves working with her clients. She seeks first to understand her clients unique needs, then provide them with someone they can count on. Ashleigh lives in Dallas with her husband and two daughters. She loves family activities like going to the park or library, sewing, and spending time with family.
